| Cottages
 Moravian Village is the campus setting for our 105 ranch style cottages. The cottages are designed for individuals or couples who want to enjoy the many things they have always dreamed of without the burden of household chores. Interior and exterior maintenance is provided as well as lawn care, snow removal, housekeeping services and scheduled transportation. Optional meal services and medical assistance are available as needed.
The ranch style cottages have two-bedrooms and two baths, and range in size from approximately 1,400 sq. ft. to 1,800 sq. ft. Homes with lower level walk-out basements offer up to 3,600 sq. ft. All homes have a one or two car garage. You’ll enjoy the extraordinary spacious layout, including elevated ceilings, and you’ll feel secure knowing that smoke detectors and an in-home medical emergency response system are provided in each cottage home. Each home is unique, with features and personality that reflect its location. |
